WR speakingWingham Rowan – Managing Director

A former technology journalist Wingham was producer/host of the UK’s longest running television series about the Internet: cyber.cafe on ITV. Wingham has overseen multiple implementations of new flexible workforce or volunteering tools for organisations including: Tesco, Cabinet Office, Department of Health and many local authorities.

Tom is the director of Polymorphism and has led the development of CEDAH technology since 2010. He has worked on the development and implementation of major IT projects for LearndirectNHS (National Health Service) Digital and InnovateUK

Karen has been a senior developer on CEDAH technology since 2010. She has been integral to the delivery of our software for Tesco and Walmart Foundation. She has also worked in public and private sectors for LearndirectHSBCRAC, HP and GPT Siemens.

Vic. joined the team in 2017, as a senior developer. Vic has over 15 years enterprise application development experience gained as a Lead Java Developer.

Vannessa Tate – Test Analyst

With 20 years experience as a software test analyst and team lead in the public and private sectors, Vannessa joined Polymorphism is 2018 to lead the testing of CEDAH software.

Tunde joined the Polymorphism team as an intern in 2017. He has continued to work on the development of CEDAH software during the final year of his BSc Computer Science degree, in which he expects to gain a first class degree.

Cari is Polymorphism’s project manager. She has experience of managing teams and mentoring colleagues in both the public and private sectors, and now oversees the day-to-day development of CEDAH projects.
